In this last week, 2 dear friends of mine have lost close members of their family, one from C diff (Clostridium Difficile ) the other from MRSA – They both await explanations from the hospital,  but no explanations can bring back a loved one, the only thing an explanation can do, if acted upon, is stop something so terrible happening to someone else.  I won’t name the people or the hospital as it wouldn’t be fair or correct, but I will sign post readers to various articles on this subject in particular Harriet Sergeant’s article in today’s Times ‘ Filthy Hospitals that won’t come clean’ and to Various articles
